Metro, department, 7625 Lisa Lane, 418. Maintenance man's calling, water is dripping down from above. They want to get inside and the resident's not letting them in. Said it's causing damage to the ceiling and dripping circuit breakers. Resident's a Verner, a Schwaninger, male, Black, 12, tan of 83. Looks like long criminal history.
