Copy, Southwest Barton Street, 267 East Southwest. Seattle transferred a female caller to us. The bus stop is Kahn-Barton. There's seven subjects, both male and female, some with their pants down that appear to be engaging in 200 activity and are high. Copy, states she can't use the bus stop.
