Received an ambulance 5251, you were actually dispatched on it. 603 East 4th Street. 29-year-old female, nauseous, right arm pain, occurred an hour ago. The patient's reporting she was riding a bicycle and sideswiped and was sideswiped an hour ago. Unknown vehicle description has a history of concussions and a headache. Was able to walk. Requesting you to close this hospital. Precautions are not indicated. 1243. Received.
