2-16, 2-55. Both units, 1833 Quiet Lane Southwest. We've got a 31 call, possibly an armed call. Calling party advised that there are two males in the neighborhood. One's on a bike, an SMA in a gray muscle shirt. The other one on foot, wearing black over jeans. They are attempting to take an electric bike from the neighbor. Calling party had eyes on them and is requesting 2-5.
