The CVS is 52950 Gratiot. Caller was a pharmacy manager. States by the customer drive-thru area, there's a man hiding in the bushes along, talking on his phone. Black male, 6 foot, longer messy hair, wearing a gray sweatpants and a gray t-shirt. Possibly is going to be Jalen Blackwell.
