We checked the area of 126 West Central Ave. It's going to be on the tracks behind that residence. Caller reported two male parties walking on the tracks. It just made her uncomfortable. She gave it as one party wearing a backwards baseball cap. No description for the other party. She said they were passing the PSE&G site, going the opposite direction of Maywood Ave.
