Police North/East Dispatch 3 (400 units) · Oct 9, 6:51AM · 0:35
432 on a suspicious vehicle, either 806 West Belden or 804 West Belden Ave, cross of Leavenworth Avenue and Van Rensselaer Street. Single caller, Victor Thomas, he doesn't want to meet though, reporting a white Jeep with an unknown state plate parked at the house next door. Doesn't look occupied. He believes it's suspicious because there is no front plate and the state has been scratched off the plate in the rear. He also believes it might be related to someone who has been following him recently, but he could not confirm such. Nothing further. 651.
