I have a 4001 at 5555 Spring Valley Road. It's going to be a Hispanic male, last seen wearing black clothing and a Black male last seen wearing black clothing. Also, sitting on the sidewalk with their legs in the streets, possibly intoxicated, throwing rocks at passing vehicles.
