10-4, city safety. I have a juvenile complain. Go ahead. 186 Hoyt Street, the complainant noticed seven juveniles on the road wrestling. They got up and left, walking towards Olcott. They believe that some live in the area in the split-level house on Hoyt. Their complainant just wants the area checked. They do have video camera footage of the horsing around in the road.
