One vehicle is on the 163 to the 805 northbound, and there's also one on the 163 right-hand shoulder right before the overpass of the 805. Engine, Engine 28, can you go 163 northbound, and you'll see on the right-hand shoulder. Engine 23 will be 163 IC.
