Copy, I have an alarm, business construction site, 6300 University Avenue. Someone was seen in a long, gray-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, male in his 30s, drove up in a white Chevy pickup truck onto the property, and last seen entering the property. A key holder was contacted. Nobody should be on the premise.
