K-95 has an area check, looks like at North 150 and Greenwood. K-95. It looks like we had an earlier welfare check with the subject, but he's a Black male in his 30s, gray hoodie, gray sweatpants. He apparently was sitting on the bumper of an Amazon vehicle that was trying to drive away. He's been trying car handles and just lying in the middle of the road. Possibly some 371 issues. No weapons are seen. Let me know if you want to partner. Adam 1. 10-4, you can wrap me there.
