1-15. Go ahead. I have a traffic regulation complaint near Pep Boys, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road. Had mall security advise there was a four-door black sedan, unknown plate, possibly a Chevy, with three to four passengers in the vehicle that keeps feeling high rates of speed throughout the parking lot near Pep Boys.
