Copy of a cold, hit-and-run, trooper callback. 15000 block of Highway 103. Cold, hit-and-run. Looks like they want to file an online report. Occurred at the parking lot where the RP was hiking. Victim was at their vehicle parked, unoccupied. It was damage done to a driver's door. They're saying the run vehicle was possibly a cyclist. Again, they're asking for a callback only.
