83 and 90, it's Trinity Lutheran Church and School. Trinity Lutheran Church and School at 600 Water Street. I just received a call from the principal, Ken, advising that there's a white male subject wearing all black, black t-shirt, black pants, that was pacing back and forth along Orchard near the playground area. Caller was just informed the same subject was out there earlier today and did try to make contact with the children. But parents are back on scene with students, and they're going to still be at the school until 8 p.m.
