1 41 101, check the area of 85th and Parkview Boulevard. RP states there was a white male wearing a gray shirt and a silver Honda, Queen Paul Charles 382. RP believed he was stopped at the stop sign for a lengthy period of time, believes he was touching himself inappropriately. Then when the RP noticed the RP, he left southbound on 85th Street. 85th and Parkview Boulevard.
