10-4. And it's a person down Central Avenue and 4th Street North, Central and 4. Rescue's responding. It's going to be on the northwest corner. Two subjects down, barely moving, possibly code 2. No weapons. First one's a white male, mid to late 30s, 5'10", medium build, in a black suit jacket, green pants. Second subject's a Hispanic male, 40s, 5'9", skinny build. Still getting further, 1611.
