For north end units, be advised, holding a fight from 230 Horton Street. 230 Horton Street for 7 to 10 juvies fighting in the street. They're heading southbound towards Michigan Avenue. Center's clear. It's 1514. South by also holding a suspicious person at Tamarack for a white male. Pulled in with a trailer full of stuff. He's selling and giving it away in the parking lot. Management would like him moved along.
