10-49, you can put me in 23. 23. TAC assault, you on TAC 1? Yeah, go ahead. I got a call, came out as a 29 at 464 Boulevard Southeast, and I met up with the victim. The victim advised me that, uh, uh, unprovoked incident. So, the female parked the vehicle at, uh, at a CVS, I think like a, like a 100 feet away from the, from the location. So, the victim got up from the car and was on, was on her phone and unprovoked. It's a Black, it's a homeless Black male with a head, middle age, around 50s, and with a black T-shirt, black and red T-shirt, and just threw rocks on her feet. I saw the victim, like, have a swollen, like a bruise on her left feet. And, that's not a call.
