Heading towards Central Street at Willard. They're turning onto Central now. I have a small school van that's reporting a vehicle in front of them, keeps brake checking them, and he's nervous for the children. Plate number's going to be 7 Golf Mike Lima 13. It's a 2011 Lexus, CT color black, to a party out of Litchfield Street.
