When a developer builds in a community, there is a certain percentage of money that has to go into rehabbing the neighborhood and this was put into the YMCA so don’t blame One Chicago for it. Blame the City into making a Gold Coast cleaner better neighborhood. I don’t find anything wrong with that!  
Cop car has now been towed away
One Chicago funded a lot of the rehab at 8:03. This being they did not want their upscale high class residence living across the street from trash. Then they could even charge more for rent and condos.
Blame Peter Holsten. developer who imported this crime ridden mess into the neighborhood
