Code 5 en route to your welfare check, 9th Street, North and North Hillside Avenue. Calling party advised they saw someone laying face down. It's going to be a 20 to 30-year-old Black male, 6 foot, thin-build, wearing a blue jumpsuit. It's going to be on the sidewalk on the corner, going northbound on Hillside. Unknown which side of the road the individual's on. Prior to the calling party, they weren't quite sure. There's no other information.
