82221, possible 700 Stevenson. It's in the back of the Whitcombe Hotel. Subject actively stopped, acting violent and trespassing. When asked to verify, it's a Black male, late 20s, 5'11", medium-build, black t-shirt and pink shorts. 10-4. It's an air phone cord and something that they're smoking on, possibly a vape. And again, this is in the back parking lot of the Whitcombe Hotel. RP vows dogs in the valet might have a gun. No gun was seen. Again, no gun was seen. Valet's friend is closer to the subject, saying they might have a gun or knife. They're trying to get... Fire there.
