East 2 available Zone 2 unit in the area of 2nd Avenue Commons, 700 2nd Avenue. There is a Walmart delivery driver on scene at the Commons who has an order for an employee. An ID needs to be scanned in order for this order to be delivered, but the people outside are preventing this from happening. You can hear them arguing on the phone at this time.
