Westcom received a erratic driver in Munson, it's going to be on Route 32, headed towards us on South Main Street, described as a white Chevy Silverado. It had passed their PD, vehicle was all over the road, possibly ETOH. The caller did provide a plate, it does not match the description of the vehicle.
