720, just an animal problem at 336 Colburn Street near Courtland Avenue. Female caller's Samantha, two dogs in a small cage on the porch of the location since May. It's going to be a tan, black, and a white-brown dog. They don't appear to have access to food or water. When they're in cages, they're tied up to a short leash at house. 336 Colburn Street, 720. Trying, sir.
