Copy, 412 Frank, sending the 418 Tom, 282 North 35th Avenue, just west of the Burger King, for a group of homeless people who have set up a camp. It's a Hispanic female and a Hispanic male, both in an all-black, ceasing to leave. No weapons have been seen. Information came from the security guard named Champagne, who does not want contact. It is 1703. Is there a unit to follow?
