36 with Roseburg 3 to back. We're getting a report of a disturbance on Mulholland and Bethel. There is an Adrian Easley in the car screaming, refusing to get out of our PR's vehicle. It sounds like it is a physical disturbance. The vehicle is pulled over. Female is out and will be in the Holiday Inn Express, throwing things into traffic.
