1 and 1A, it's going to be the 200 block of Masters Road off of East Masters and Westgate Road for a black Honda Civic, occupied times two white males, appear to be driving slowly with their flashers on. It's going to be Tennessee tag 607 Bravo Kilo Foxtrot Lima. Caller believes they're scoping out houses due to how slow they're driving.
