Medic 41, Engine 41. Medic 41, Engine 41. Responding in the corner of Saginaw and Grand. Saginaw Street, North Grand Avenue. Got a black male here, black shirt, black coat. Going to be on the south side of Grand on the grass. Next to the path, appears to be passed out. Again, black male, roughly 30 years of age, black clothing, passed out.
