10-4, 3186 Sheridan, Starbucks. The black male wearing a light blue sweatshirt is refusing to leave, causing an issue. He just left. He's on foot behind the building. Unknown if he's on a unit for what's happening. You just want him advised not to return? Just don't want him back.
