Units in the office, still box 1109 at 309 Maple Tree Drive, unit 4D Delta. It's going to be a second-party caller. They advised that there is a furnace fire in apartment 4D. Caller pulled the alarm to evacuate the building. We also did receive the call from the pull station from the alarm company. Engine 301, you'll have ready to acknowledge. 301, read.
