She wants to leave and she's being advised that she cannot leave, so she's requesting to speak to the supervisor. 41 John, we'll get you when we can, but for right now, she is going to stay. If we need to, we'll put her in handcuffs and put her in the back of a car. Copy, she's been told that already. She's been told that she can leave. If she does make any attempt to leave, she will be detained. Thank you.

Officers have detained a suspect, and additional officers have accompanied the victim to the hospital. Police are working to gather more details of the incident.
