Immediately after he heard the shots fired, he came out to his balcony and saw a White or Hispanic male with long hair, doesn't know the clothing, sprinting across the parking lot, clutching a cross-body bag. Didn't see any weapons, but he said that he thought it looked suspicious and he was moving with the purpose. He believes he was in 209, but he's not positive.
Officers have cleared the north side of the parking lot and are repositioning units to block southbound access.

You guys don't know better than I do if they're cooperative here, but does the front office manager for 234, are they helpful with video camera surveillance stuff? In my experience, they are, but only when they're here. Alright, if somebody will just make a note that on the corner of the front office, facing out towards, not into the northwest, but towards the entrance off of Montezuma, I believe the front office has a camera pointing that direction just for your investigator.
