603 East Liberty, right in front of Michigan Theater. We're looking for a lemkosi maize. Stating he was being harassed earlier tonight. Wanted camera footage from local businesses. Disconnected on call taker and called back stating he was upset nobody came out and spoke to him. Check the area and see if he's standing by there for contact.
