10-4. I think you're who I meant to call. Both units be en route to 419 Wilshire Drive for a 31 vehicle. Caller advised there was a suspicious vehicle. Her husband tried to make 25. He advised he was there to do yard work but gave the wrong name of the residence. He then left and has now been circling the neighborhood. It's going to be a white van, has no windows. It's an older model panel van, no plates. Driver's going to be a 20 or 30-year-old SMA, white over blue. It's going to be a 20 or 30-year-old SMA, white over blue.
