If I could have you take the hazard suspect in the area, 38 and Farnam. Per TRS, passerby said possibly intoxicated white male in his 30s, dirty blonde, shoulder-length hair, gray shirt, waving around a construction pole while standing on top of equipment. No weapons or drugs seen. Possibly intoxicated.
