Alright, Charlie 33, I'm going to have you head over to West 38th and Woodbine to see if the male is still out here. He was hit by a vehicle on Detroit and rode his vehicle over here to West 38th and Woodbine. The vehicle took off, a gold vehicle, possibly a Saturn. He called from a disconnected number, so I'm unable to do a callback. He called this in at 15P2.
