Penton County, to check info from Bass Pro Drive and Campbell Avenue, headed southbound. A late model black Hyundai Elantra with temp tags, driving with excessive speed, slamming on brakes, unable to maintain traffic or lanes, coming in and out of traffic and road raging. Was following caller but stopped when they called 911.
