There's going to be a patient from a assisted living facility who is refusing to go back into the residence there, possibly some 1096 issues. It's a male, White, approximately 90 years of age, going to be a Larry subject in a red long-sleeved shirt and black pants. Sounds like the subject did hit our caller at one point. Unable to be redirected, no weapons, currently walking westbound.
