Unconscious, looks like medics are en route. 9958 Reisterstown Road, 9958 Reisterstown Road, cross of Olive Lane and Kenmar Avenue. It's going to be near the Mezcal Mexican Restaurant. Caller Debbie is advising there's a male subject laying on the sidewalk at the location. They're not sure what's wrong, but thinks he needs a medic. Unknown if it's a known subject, but now they're advising that he took heroin. Alright, 246, 10-8. Okay, just so I heard correctly, 10 years old? Promise, sir, 1-0.
