Alright, respond to the McDonald's, 1001 South Monroe Street, cross of Jones. Caller states there's two subjects on the entrance side. There's a white female with a katana sword, tapping a male that's laying on the ground with it. Male's all wrapped up in a hoodie, pants laying down. Female's not wearing shoes, has old clothing on.
