2121 North Monroe, near the cube storage. Apparently there was a male in the parking lot waving a gun around. Black male wearing gray pants, black shirt, yellow shoes. He came in a black Ford Escape. Handgun was possibly brown. No one else was outside. He was just walking around the storage. Door to the business was already locked.
