Metro bent at the base but still attached. Parking meter number is WW, William William 1654. 27 Mary 12, for the tree, is it blocking any lanes of traffic or sidewalk? And for the damaged parking meter, do you have an exact address it's in front of for DOT? Mary 12, the tree is blocking the north sidewalk on 8th Street.
