Attention all 118 units, broadcast of a 23-103. This is a westbound Altamont Pass, just west of Greenville. A gray Toyota Highlander. This is probably the same vehicle from prior. It's a different reporting party. We now have a Georgia plate of Sam 9365. Prior, it was an unknown Georgia plate. This is returning negative record on file. Similar plate only. Almost causing traffic collisions with bicycles and vehicles.
