4016 Teakwood Drive, 4016 Teakwood, off of Arbor Place on the dead end. RP advised they saw a white sedan race out of the neighborhood with a black male, possibly 20 years of age, with a blue sweatshirt and black pants, chasing after it, wearing a backpack. I have to confront an officer to check the area. 87360, 87316.
