Lock 46, 301 North Lake Street. I got the project manager for the construction going on over there for Transportation Services saying that they got reports of several locations of NPAs sleeping in the parking ramp. It said on Johnson Street, Gray, it's out front. Apparently, they're burning a kerosene lamp. Additionally, one on the north side and a port of Ida sleeping. Three total is what we're leaving. No description on any of them, no known weapons. We'll be right back.
