Let him suffer for this. Pray that baby survives and grows strong with a loving family. If she learns of her mother in later years, I hope they know how their mother love an protected them.
If he hit the island he getting popped like a balloon 🎈
Theres not so much protection for women/men against dv. At times we get smiled/laughed upon when we tell our story. As if we all just run back with open arms to our abuser. Majority of times it’s forcefully until one party snaps then here goes the cameras, “the community”, “the support”, where was you all when it was shown before ya eyes. That’s right turnt! Not everyone has the safest option to just up and leave. Then hand us a paper like thats gonna stop the perp from medaling in our lives. Just wrong on so many levels. So sad it had to come to this! Let’s hope something actually does change FOR ONCE NOT JUST TALKS! ACTIONS! PLANS IN MOTION!
I agree with you.. ppl dont stay bcs they actually want to. Its like russian roullette and a paper most times does nothing. Neighbors hear the screams but wont bother to at least call 911. The reports about this young lady said that NYPD had been to the home multiple times due to DV. But it led to this before someone realized the severity. We dont know if she broke up with him and he intruded.. we only know that a young lady lost her life and a baby is fighting for theirs. This happens too often and laws/policies need to change. An OOP isnt enough. Stalking, harrassing, etc should not be dismissed as it is done way too often. Men and women victims to DV/IPV deserve better. Children need to be protected just as much when the parents are asking for help. These tragedies can be prevented if the laws took the pleas for help more serious. May this girl rest in peace and justice be served in full. Prayers to all in active DV situations 🙏
These comments are ridiculous. Especially those complaining she let him in, why was she holding the baby, where they going to family court?, he's on drugs? Without knowing anything at all. All we do know is they have a person of interest and are seeking to speak to him. We don't know if there was a past we don't know how he got in there or how situation unfolded. So please for your own sanity stop coming up with ways that it could have went down before even knowing how it actually went down. Y'all would suck on jury duty lmao
