In the larceny at 1133 North Wendover Road at Julia's Cafe and Books, for a White female wearing a white striped shirt and blue jeans who stole merchandise and food, walked out and went to the Food Lion parking lot. Possibly under the influence of something, but they weren't sure. I've got no further. Any Providence units that can clear the back?
