Go ahead. Caller standing at 26th Avenue West and 14th Street West states somebody came up, shoved him, and took his phone. Suspect is a black male, 31-years-old, wearing black pants, a jersey with the arms cut off. Call taker advised he's possible, signal 20. Per BPD, it occurred in our jurisdiction. 458 hours.
